Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated virtual assistant. All our VAs are equally trained, but should you have any specific requirements, you can brief him/her.
Our agents can only handle requests submitted in English.
In this case, the replacement of a Virtual Assistant could be arranged. This rarely happens as our management strives hard to allocate the right fit resource at the first instance only. Nevertheless, you can always reach the Team Leader on your account and discuss any concerns that you might have, regarding the VAs services.
Most of our clients are from the US, the shift timing is 8.00 am through 8.00 pm PST. The virtual assistant will work Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, excluding one-hour total breaks (total 9-hours).
