How can I track the hours worked by my assistant?We understand the value of your time and money. You can track the progress of work through daily, weekly and monthly reports. We have an internal time-log which is maintained by your virtual assistant on daily basis to keep track of their time. The assistant computes the number of times spent on doing a particular task and sends you a daily report with details at the end of each day.

What if I am not happy with my current Virtual Assistant?In this case, the replacement of a Virtual Assistant could be arranged. This rarely happens as our management strives hard to allocate the right fit resource at the first instance only. Nevertheless, you can always reach the Team Leader on your account and discuss any concerns that you might have, regarding the VAs services.

Shift TimingMost of our clients are from the US, the shift timing is 8.00 am through 8.00 pm PST. The virtual assistant will work Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, excluding one-hour total breaks (total 9-hours).
